Earlier this week, Bandai Namco and Shueisha announced that Marriagetoxin is getting a second season, and that you won’t have to wait long. Following the finale of the first season, it was announced that the second season will air in January 2027. No additional information has been revealed, but that’s only a six month wait, so we’ll manage.
Marriagetoxin is animated by Bones Film and is a fun mix between romcom and action in a world that feels like it’s right out of the John Wick universe. Originally I wasn’t planning on watching the show, but I have the first episode a chance and it became my number one new anime of the Spring 2026 season.
