Pokemon Collectors Edition

The Pokemon franchise already has a ton of merch and collectibles, but one more wouldn’t hurt. Right? Pikachu Press is launching a special physical guide that celebrates the 30-year history of Pokemon. The book includes 336 pages detailing every Pokemon until now, and a bunch of other information and images. It’s basically a comprehensive art book, guide, and Pokedex all in one. It’s a very informative book and perfect for fans of the franchise. The book launches in August and will cost $60.

But that’s not all. There’s a deluxe edition of the book that’s perfect for collectors if you have the extra cash to spend. For $200, you get a Certificate of Authenticity and custom Pikachu envelope, two premium prints from the anime and two from the games, an exclusive TCG playmat, and a sick collectors box. Is an extra $140 worth it for a few prints, a box, and a playmat? There will definitely be some Pokemon fans who think so, but even if that’s above your price range or you don’t think it’s worth it, the book itself is a great deal.

You can currently pre-order both on Amazon.
