Earlier this week, Warner Bros. Japan Anime Production revealed a bunch of new information regarding the upcoming anime adaptation of BLADE & BASTARD. The original light novel series is written by Kumo Kagyu and illustrated by so-bin, and is a dark fantasy series that takes place in the world of the Wizardy RPG.
The anime adaptation is directed by Tomoki Kobayashi, and written by Naruhisa Arakawa. The studio behind the production is Xingfu, and it will stream exclusively on HiDive in 2027. You can view the first trailer below.
