Earlier today, Microsoft announced that the current line of Xbox consoles will be getting yet another price increase. Beginning August 1st, the 512 GB model will increase by $100 while the 1 TB model will increase by $150. The announcement comes less than a year after the most recent increase to console prices.

Microsoft has also announced that they will no longer produce and sell the 2 TB model. The company cites rising storage costs as the primary reason for the price hike. They also stated they will work with retailers to decrease the price of previously used consoles. If you want to get your hands on a new Xbox console, make sure to grab one now.
