The newest game in the Dragon Quest series is out today, but fans are unhappy that they’re allowed to pre register and download the game early. Dragon Quest Smash/Grow is a free Roguelite RPG for Android and iOS devices. The game is currently sitting on a 2.2 Star rating in the Google Play Store across nearly 200 ratings.
However, all of the 1 star reviews were due to the fact that the game was not released yet. Mobile games allow you to pre-register and download games early so that when they release, the game is ready to be played. Many fans had the game downloaded, but tried to play the game on Sunday, two days before launch, leading to the influx of 1 Star reviews.
But now that the game is out, everyone can finally play it. To celebrate the launch, Square Enix has a bunch of launch promotions planned, including giveaways and special quests.
